University Judiciary Outreach
The University Judiciary presents educational programs related to the University conduct process, the Code of Conduct, students’ rights and responsibilities, and the function of UJ. Presentations are tailored to the needs of the requesting organization or group. The University Judiciary has partnered with residence halls, Greek organizations, registered student organizations, peer advisory groups, student leaders, and many others to provide proactive education in the form of presentations, training sessions, or interactive offerings. Program topics include Ethical Decision-Making, Community Expectations, Communication and Conflict Resolution, Risks of Alcohol or Other Drug Use, 101 Things to Do in Athens, and Responsible Computer Use. The following programs are tailored to meet the unique needs or interests of the requesting student group or orgranization, and a variety of program additions or modifications may be requested. Additional programs may be designed if the following programs do not meet a particular need or interest.

| Community Expectations |
| Thriving communities foster respect and support personal growth and achievement. Each community member is a vital component in creating and sustaining environments that honor both individuality and shared experiences. At UGA, community expectations preserve the integrity of the learning environment. This session focuses on the expectations set forth for responsible membership in the University community. |

| Communication and Conflict Resolution |
| Healthy community dwelling depends on effective communication and conflict resolution. This session provides participants with strategies to communicate with others in ways that minimize conflict escalation and optimize respectful resolution. |

| Risks of Alcohol or Other Drug Use |
| This session provides an overview of risks associated with using alcohol or other drugs. Co-presented by staff from the Fontaine Center for Alcohol Awareness and Education, this session is designed to encourage participants to engage in low risk life choices. Participants will have an opportunity to discover low risk guidelines for healthy living. |

| 101 Things to Do in Athens |
| This session will focus on the social, music, cultural, volunteer, dining, and seasonal entertainment offerings available in the Athens-Clarke county community. The purpose of the session is to highlight a variety of activities that do not involve the use of alcohol and/or other drugs. |

| Responsible Computer Use |
| This session will focus on the responsibility to use computers in an ethical and legal way. Responsible social media use, password protection, and copyright laws will be addressed. |

UJ Program Request Form
Complete the Program Request Form to request any of the above programs or to submit an idea for an alternative program. To ensure the success of your program, please submit your request at least two weeks prior to the program delivery date. The University Judiciary will work to accommodate requested dates and times, though scheduling is dependent upon presenter availability.
